Free-to-use router
You have the option to get a fully insured, premium, preconfigured free-to-use router (valued at approximately R1000) with your service. Should the router break, stolen or damaged by a lightning strike, we will replace it for free up to a maximum of 2 occasions. Alternatively, you can use your own Fibre router or buy one from our online store.
Installation time: 14 days
This timeframe is an average should all go according to plan without unforeseen delays. We will keep you updated every step of the way of the order process.
Order processing fee: R249
A once-off order processing fee will be charged to cover any administrative costs associated with placing the order with your Fibre Network Operator as well as the delivery costs of your free-to-use router (if applicable).
Once-off set-up fee of R999
A once-off set-up fee will be charged to cover any installation and connection fees associated with the order with your Fibre Network Operator, that are not absorbed by us.
